| Formations House is one of the largest incorporation agents in the world, we form companies on a global basis.. As a result of the large number companies we form. We have a constant need to appoint non executive directors.
A non executive director is a person who is appointed on the board of a company, but typically does not have any direct involvement in the running of the business.
Companies use non executive directors for the following reasons;
- Prestige: Companies often want to show their company is more than a 1 man director company and NED’s make up the numbers.
- Tenders and Contracts: Europeans often bid for UK contracts with government department and UK companies , and they like to show they have British director as well.
